Felipe Montoro Jens is the Executive Director for the Odebrecht Group in Brazil. He is well-known for his expertise on infrastructure projects. He has worked with global markets including the United States and the United Kingdom.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. From there he went to Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and received his masters degree in International Management.

Felipe Motoro Jens had one more promotion before he went back to school to pursue his master’s degree. During this time he was the manager of oil and gas in London.
Upon graduating with his master’s degree, he moved to the United States to work as an assistant at the Enron Corporation. While there, he helped expand the company’s international market to include Brazil and Bolivia. Part of his job entailed that he negotiate international financial loans.
In addition to his long work history, Felipe Motoro Jens is a Certified Chartered Financial Analyst, Level one and can speak three different languages.
He has worked several other jobs and recently was invited to work with his employer before graduate school on a restructuring plan for their assets and investments.
