Lori Senecal will exit her role as the Global CEO of CP+B at the end of 2017 after serving the organization since March 2015. As stated by CP+B’s co-founder and Chairman Chuck Porter, Lori has been the ideal person to transform CP+B into an international agency with the flexibility and agility of an entrepreneurial startup. Chuck Porter revealed that he signed up Lori because the company required her exceptional managerial skills.
The chairman stated that Lori’s unique communications process and management structure has increased CP+B’s global achievements amongst them being America Airlines award in October 2015.Given that the CP+B is now well established, Lori and Porter are growing the forthcoming leadership team. According to Porter’s statement, they are proactively taking their time to make use of the remaining duration making thoughtful and careful leadership decisions that will help the company progress. They are also planning to organize a smooth transition for Lori Senecal.
Danielle Aldrich, who formerly served as CP+B Boulder’s managing director, was recently appointed the president of CP+B West which comprises CP+B Los Angeles and CP+B Boulder. This could be an indication that the new leadership generation is starting to take over. In reference to Lori’s statement, all the company’s offices are directed by passionate entrepreneurs who focus on developing CP+B. Lori Senecal graduated with a degree in Sales and Marketing. Before joining CP+B, she served several other organizations steering them to excellence. Some of them include, MDC Partners Network, Kbs+, McCann Worldgroup and DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc. According to Campaign Live, she also conceived and launched a young-adult marketing specialist unit, TAG Idealation.
