According to Crunchbase, Kevin Seawright was previously working for Newark Community Economic Development Corporation as the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President from

October 2014 to May 2016. He managed the activities of the COO/VP/CFO for property management and real estate economic development agency by delivering finance and operational expertise. From March 2013 to October 2014, he was the Executive Director of Operations for the Collington Episcopal Life Care Community located in Prince Georges, Maryland.

In this position, he performed financial planning, strategic, and change management responsibilities for property management, construction projects, maintenance, and finance initiatives. Other tasks included him performing real property and estate management, collective bargaining, capital planning and funding, contract negotiations, and collective bargaining.

He also worked for Tito Contractors in the Washington D.C. metro area as the Vice President of Operations from March 2011 to March 2013. In this position, he restructured and reorganized the accounting department, developed strategies in funding, solidify construction budgets for different fiscal periods, and utilized aggressive collection bargaining strategies.

With all of these position, he worked successfully with huge budgets in which tons of revenue and growth occurred in the different organizations.
