For example, his stepfather works at Casablanca Records as a record executive while his cousin serves Roc-A-Fella Records as a Chairman. While attending the University of Southern California, the entrepreneur founded Roc-A-Blo Records with this same cousin and while he was with this company, the label signed some big names in the industry like Jay Z and others.
